【摘要】 目的:探讨血液粘度升高在中老年人群中分布的性别和年龄特点及其与几种生活因素的关系。方法:3 350名体检“健康者”,逐一调查性别、年龄、吸烟情况、睡眠时间、运动(锻炼)状况、是否高脂高糖饮食等,之后检查血粘度。将血粘度超过正常参考值范围的样本从三个方面进行分组统计分析。其一,按年龄分为三组,即46岁～60岁组、61岁～75岁组、76岁-85岁组;其二, 按引起血粘度升高者的单一生活因素分为四组,即吸烟组、睡眠不良组、运动(锻炼)缺乏组和高脂高糖饮食组;其三,按单一生活因素和多重生活因素分为二组。分析不同年龄层男、女性高血粘度分布情况和各种生活因素(包括单一和多重生活因素)引起的血粘度变化。结果:3 350名受检者中有552人血液粘度升高,占16．48％,三个年龄组高血粘度检出率有显著性差异,表现为随年龄增加,高血粘度检出率降低,46岁～60岁组女性血粘度升高者多于男性,升高幅度也较大;61岁- 75岁组男性血粘度升高者略多于女性,升高幅度相近;76岁～85岁组血粘度升高者较少,升高幅度较小。生活因素对血粘度影响较大,男性以吸烟为主,其血粘度可以高出对照组1．5倍,女性则以睡眠不良引起的血粘度升高较多见;多重(两种或三种)不良生活因素引起的血粘度升高比单一不良因素严重,两者有显著性差异。结论:本研究对于了解高血粘度的人群分布和生活因素对血粘度升高的作用,以及合理调整生活习惯、制定健康计划、预防血栓形成和血栓性事件具有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the distribution characteristic of the age and sex in crowd with high blood viscosity, and to explore the relationship between hyperviscosity and the living factors. Method: 3 350 " healthy people" , their some basic materials such as the age, sex, smoking, sleeping, reporting and feeding were all noted while the blood viscosity was measured, then the relationship among different age, sex, bad living factors and hyperviscosity were analyzed. Results: There are 552 cases increased blood viscosity in 3 350 "healthy people". In aged of 46 -60 group, the percent of viscosity increase on the women is higher than that of the men; In aged of 61 - 75 group, the men that of percent is more than the women; In aged of 76 - 85 group, only a few higher hemviscosity . Bad living factor may increase on the blood viscosity, the men smoking is higher 1.5 times than the control group, the crowd of sleeping lack and reporting failure and rich lipid feeding, their blood viscosity are more increased too. Conclusion; These suggest that the crowd aged of 46 -75 that blood viscosity is higher; Bad living habits that of smoking, rich lipid feeding et cetera may induce hyperviscosity.更多还原
