虎杖的提取物P3D对稻瘟菌侵染过程的影响

【摘要】 观测了虎杖的提取物P3D在剂量为4μg/ml、8μg/ml、16μg/ml、32μg/ml和64μg/ml时对稻瘟病菌在洋葱表皮细胞上侵染过程的影响。结果表明,随着P3D剂量的提高,稻瘟菌分生孢子萌发率逐步下降,附着胞、侵染钉、侵染性菌丝的形成率亦下降。当剂量为16μg/ml时,能完全抑制附着胞的形成。而一旦附着胞形成,P3D对侵染钉、侵染性菌丝的发生、发展不能产生作用,P3D对稻瘟菌的活性主要在于阻碍分生孢子附着胞的形成。
【Abstract】 Effect of a plant extract P3D from Polygonum cuspidatum (Sieb. et Zucc.) on infection process of Magnaporthe grisea was determined on onion epidermis at 4μg/ml, 8μg/ml, 16μg/ml, 32μg/ml and 64μg/ml. Spore germination rate declined with the increase of the PaD dosage, so did the formation rates of appressoria, penetration pegs and infection hypha. P3D could completely inhibit appresscrium formation at 16 μg/ml, but it could not inhibit development of penetration pegs and infection hypha as long as the appressoria readily formed. Inhibition of the appressorium formation is probably the main mechanism against M. grisea by P3D.
