【摘要】 本试验用4个水稻品种研究了噬菌体对水稻细菌性条斑病的防治效果。结果表明:对品种采用针刺法接种时,噬菌体对病斑的扩展无明显抑制作用;而采用喷雾接种病菌时,在接种前、后10d喷施噬菌体,都表现出一定的防效,以接种病菌前5d施用噬菌体防效最好,达48.88%,接种前10d施用,防效次之,达22.73%,这说明,噬菌体在叶表存活期至少在10d以上;5种处理中,接种病菌当d喷施噬菌体的防效是2.16%,在所有处理中为最差,此现象作何解释,尚待进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 It was studied that the control effect of phage to Bacterial Leaf Streak of rice on four rice varieties. The result showed the phage could not inhibit the lesion expansion when inoculating the strain suspension of Xanthomonas oryzea pv. oryzicola (XOOL) on rice by acupuncture. While the control effects were observed by phage applied during the period before and after ten days when rice plant were inoculated the strain of XOOL by spraying. The phage was sprayed in five different time, which were 10 days (Ⅰ)、5 days (Ⅱ) before the strain of XOOL inoculated, the same day of it (Ⅲ) and after 5 (Ⅳ) and 10 days of it (Ⅴ)·The treatment Ⅱ was the best one, which control effect was 48.88%. The second was treatment Ⅰ, which control effect was 22.73%. The last one was treatment Ⅲ, which control effect was only 2.16%. This phenomena needs to study in future.更多还原
