【摘要】 办刊手段和方法是为办刊目的服务的,学术期刊可根据服务对象的需求,组合创新服务方式、拓展服务功能、开展协会活动、举办论坛、组织考察等。学术期刊通过开展各种活动,参与社会实践来延伸品牌,实行低成本扩张,以扩大期刊的影响力。
【Abstract】 the running policy serves the purpose of running a journal. Meeting the need of the readers, academic journals may expand its name, extend its influence and run at lower cost with some new services including initiating activities of academic societies, holding forums and organising academic expedition of investigation.
