【摘要】 以猪2型圆环病毒(PCV2)豫A株为模板,用PCR方法扩增其主要免疫源性基因ORF2,并将其分别克隆到自杀性DNA疫苗载体pSCA1和pSHAME2a,构建了ORF2的自杀性DNA疫苗pSORF2和pMORF2。肌肉注射免疫Ba1b/c小白鼠,首次免疫后2周加强免疫一次。分别于首次免疫后2周和6周采血,用ELISA方法检测血清体液抗体水平。从ELISA检测结果可以看出,免疫后小白鼠体内均产生了针对PCV2的特异性体液抗体。更多还原

【Abstract】 PCR amplified PCV2 ORF2 gene from PCV2 YuA strain. Then the ORF2 gene was cloned into pSCA1 and pSCHAME2a suicide vaccine vector, result in pSORF2 and pMORF2. 15 mice in three groups were muscular injected with pSCA1, pSORF2, pMORF2, booster 2 weeks later. Serm were collected 2 and 6 weeks after the first immunize, humoral antibodies were tested by ELISA. From the ELISA result we can see that the pSORF2 and pMORF2 can induce specitific anti-ORF2 humoral antibodies. This research provides a candidated vaccine for PCV2.更多还原
