【Abstract】 The condition for isolation of protoplasts from pathogenic fungus, Metarhizium tail were studied. The most suitable condition for isolating protoplasts from the fungus was obtained by gentle shaking treatments at 30℃ for 2 hours with Lywallzyme(15 g/L) as enzyme solution, 0.7 mol/L NaCl(pH 5.8) as osmotic stabilizer.
