戴氏绿僵菌原生质体的形成及再生

【摘要】 研究了戴氏绿僵菌(Metarhizium taii)原生质体的分离制备。以15g/L溶壁酶为酶液、0.7mol/L NaCl为渗压稳定剂,30℃处理2h是戴氏绿僵菌原生质体最适合的分离条件,并对原生质体释放和再生的形态学过程进行了观察和描述。
【Abstract】 The condition for isolation of protoplasts from pathogenic fungus, Metarhizium tail were studied. The most suitable condition for isolating protoplasts from the fungus was obtained by gentle shaking treatments at 30℃ for 2 hours with Lywallzyme(15 g/L) as enzyme solution, 0.7 mol/L NaCl(pH 5.8) as osmotic stabilizer. The morphological processes of protoplasts and regeneration were illustuated by microphotograph.
