440种贵州中草药的体外抗菌作用

【摘要】 应用打孔法和连续稀释法,从440种贵州中草药中筛选了对金黄色葡萄菌(敏感株和耐药株)及大肠杆菌有抑制作用的中草药;并测定其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果显示:所筛选的440种中草药中有74种对细菌有明显的抑制作用(16.82%),其中对金黄色葡萄球菌敏感株有抑制作用的有36种(8.18%),对金黄色葡萄球菌耐药株有抑制作用的有52种(11.82%),对大肠杆菌有抑制作用的有37种(8.41%);其药物的MIC/MBC范围为1.25%~20.0%。可以认为贵州中草药中有部分药物对金黄色葡萄球菌(敏感株和耐药株)及大肠杆菌有明显的抑制和杀灭作用。
【Abstract】 Using punch test and serial dilution test respectively, the antibacterial effect of 440 traditional Chinese medicinal herbs collected from Guizhou on staphylococcus(susceptive strain and resistant strains) and Escherichia coli were assessed, and these Chinese medicinal herbs’ MIC and MBC were also tested. The conclusions show that 74 of 440 medicinal herbs(16.82%) have antibacterial effect. There were 8.18%(36/440) of medicinal herbs which have inhibitive effects on staphylococcus susceptive strain, 11.82%(52/440) of medicinal herbs on staphylococcus resistant strain and 8.41%(37/440) of medicinal herbs on Escherichia coli. The range of these Chinese medicinal herbs’ MIC/MBC was 1.25%~20%. As a result, some certain traditional Chinese medicinal herbs collected from Guizhou have an inhibitive effect upon staphylococcus(susceptive strain and resistant strains) and Escherichia coli.
