【Abstract】 As an important regional level of digital earth, digital valley is a huge system engineering. This paper introduces the meaning of digital valley, and based on it, the macro- framework, related theory and technology of digital valley are analyzed and discussed. Tt’s concluded that digital valley is characterized by multi - layer hiberarchy (basic information layer, thematic application layer and comprehensive layer), and the integrated application of multi -subject and many technologies such as remote sensing, GIS, virtual reality, broad band and database is the key to carry out a digital valley construction.更多还原
