胚胎大脑前动脉复合体发生的解剖学构筑

【摘要】 目的探讨人胚胎大脑前动脉复合体的解剖学构筑。方法对40具福尔马林固定胚胎,胎龄12-36W(平均24W),行彩色乳胶灌注,采用显微手术镜观察大脑前动脉复合体在蛛网膜下腔中的走形,形态,主要分支数目及吻合特点。结果大脑前动脉分支可分为皮质支和中央支两组,整段大脑前动脉大致性“弓形”,穿行于两侧额叶之间。20/40大脑前动脉起始部左右管径大致相等,18/40一侧明显大于对侧(发育不良);其中13/18左侧大于右侧,2/40大脑前动脉分窗均位于大脑前动脉起始部末端,靠近前交通动脉处,其中分窗中可见细小分支。ACoA形态多样。直线形,双干者多见,一支较粗,一支较细12/40,平均胎龄26W;单一直线形较为少见9/40,胎龄为31W;横“Y”字形5/40,平均胎龄26W;分窗8/40,分窗的胎龄多数为28W,无明显前交通动脉1/40,胎龄19W,中央胼胝体动脉5/40,平均胎龄 32.5W。结论颅底动脉的走行形态可能由颅底骨性结构和脑组织的发育所影响;ACoA 形态多样,随着胎龄的增加,形态趋向简单化发展;

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the Anatomic Characteristics of development of the complexity of the anterior cerebral arteries (ACA) of human embryo.Methods 40 human cadaver embryo, from 12W to 36W of fatal ages ,which were fixed by the formalin and perfused by the color Ltx, were dissected by the surgical microscope. The process, Morphous and major ranches et al of the complexity of ACA along the cavitas subarachnoidealis were observed Results The branches of ACAs were divided into cortical branch and mediobranch. The process of whole ACAs, similar to the form of bow . develop between two frontal lobes. 20/40 A1 similar to the other side. 18/40 the two sides were different clearly, which is called dysplasia, but 13/18 the left side were consequently found. 2/40 the fenestration of arteries were both located in the end of A1 approaching the anterior cerebral arteries (ACoA).These little braches of the arteries were also found along the arteries. Many forms of ACoA were observed. Two braches were commonly observed of the form of line, 12/40, 26W of mean fetal age, whose size of the side is larger than the other. 9/40,31W the single line, 5/40, 26W the form of ’Y’ , 8/40, 28W the fenestration of ACoA were observed. 5/40,32. 5W the accessory corporis callosi arteries ware observed. But only one was observed among embryos. Conclusion The process and morphology of the basalis arteries might be influenced by the structure of basalis skull and development of brain tissues. Many forms of ACoAs were observed, which might have simple tendency of development with the fetal age.
