【Abstract】 The necessity,importance and feasibility of the harmonious development between Guizhou’s forestry ecological construction and industry development are analyzed,and their dialectical relationships are stated.Then the technical approaches,the specific technique measures and the main technique economic policies for their har- monious development are proposed,such as improving investment environment of forestry,building perfect market financing system,solving interest conflicts by taxation reform,constructing comparatively perfect compensation mechanism of forest ecology,building and perfect the ownership management system of woodland and forests, strengthen the ecological projects and building socialized cooperation and service system of rural forestry,etc.更多还原
