分组加工技术在卷烟行业制丝线中的应用

【摘要】 发展中式卷烟,必然要求卷烟工艺加工过程要由过去侧重产品外观质量和加工的物理质量向注重感官质量方面转变,突出特色工艺加工对产品质量的控制作用。为适应特色工艺和精细化多工艺路径柔性加工的需要,解决从计划制订到生产调度指挥过程中存在的问题,对如何优化分组加工过程进行分析探讨。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the developing requirements of Chinese type cigarette,must require cigarette production process transforming from pay attention to surface and quanlity of product in the past to pay attention to feeling quanlity,outstanding characteristic of processing technology make effort to product quanlity.In order to solve the problems existing in group processing from plan making to production dispatching and commanding,analyse how to optimize group processing.
