面向数控加工物理仿真的铣削力建模与仿真

【摘要】 针对现有数控加工仿真中物理仿真的功能不完善的问题,提出了能满足物理仿真要求的铣削力的建模理论和方法。根据单点切削力模型,考虑平头立铣刀多刃和具有螺旋角的特点,建立了铣削力离散模型。并探讨了辨识切削力刚度系数的两种方法。在该理论的指导下,实现了切削力的数字仿真,验证了模型和算法的有效性.
【Abstract】 Since current CNC simulation software can not provide advanced functions with respect to physical simulation, modeling theory and method for End milling to meet the demand of physical simulation was presented in this paper. Considering the features of multi-edges and helix flutes for end milling, a cutting force discrete model base on single point cutting tools model was built. And two methods to identify cutting force coefficients were debated. The proposed model and algorithm was verified to be effective with the simulation result.
