一种基于．NET平台的客户关系管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 从客户关系管理系统(CRM)的概念入手,根据CRM特点利用．NET技术的优越性开发的系统具有良好的通用性、实用性、安全性,既提供了规范、标准的管理模式,又提供了灵活的接口,适应性更强。
【Abstract】 To begin with the conception on CRM, based the characteristic on CRM, using the priorities of the DOTNET , the developed system can be used generally, utilized and safely. Not only does it provide standard and normative management mode, but also dose it provide flexible interface and take on better adaptability.
