【摘要】 建立多项目调度模型已经成为复杂产品开发多项目管理必不可少的一部分。本文分析了复杂产品开发多项目调度的特点,即相似性、层次性、冲突性、技术关联性、开放性和迭代性,指出目前已经提出的多项目调度建模方法不能全面的体现和描述上述特点,提出了用着色Petri网建立多项目调度模型的具体思路和方法,并简要阐述了模型实例和分析方法,最后给出结论和下一步工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 The modeling of multi-project process is one indispensable part of multi-project management of complex product development. This paper analysises the characteristics of the process , i.e., comparability ,hierarchy, conflict , relevancy of technology, openness and iterativeness, puts forward that the modeling methods available don’t satisfy the request of multi-project modeling ,shows the CPN(Coloured Petri Nets) based model in detail , introduces the typical example and analysis method, and gives the result and the next work finally.
