【Abstract】 the paper investigates particularly the situation of Ball-pin assembly line of Great Machinery Co., Ltd seriously, Using method study technique of work study carries through process analysis, operation analysis and motion analysis on the assembly line . the paper brings forward improvement measure to give new process flow.
