一步二温式RT-PCR检测南美白对虾桃拉综合症病毒

【摘要】 建立一种一步法和二温式的逆转录聚合酶链式反应,用于扩增南美白对虾桃拉综合症病毒231bp的特异基因片断,对300份南美白对虾临床样品的检测结果表明,这是一种快速和敏感的桃拉综合症病毒诊断方法。
【Abstract】 A one-step and two-temperature reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) .which could amplify 231 bp of fhe genome of taura symdrome virus (TSV)in Litope-naeus vannamei shrimp was developed and optimized.The test of 300 clinical L.vannamei shrimp samples showed that one-step two-temperature RT-RCR.could be used as a rapid and sensitive detection method for TSV diagnosis
