微生物原生质体融合技术在净化水质上的应用

【摘要】 原生质体融合技术是20世纪70年代发展起来的一项新技术,在微生物育种方面显示出了巨大的潜力。了解微生物原生质体融合技术的原理、分析其优点和所涉及的技术参数,对微生物原生质体融合技术在水质净化中的应用有重要意义。
【Abstract】 The protoplast fusion technique originally appeared in 1970s has been greatly developed in recent years and shown out huge potential in microorganism breeding.The article summarized the basic principle, advantage and involved parameters of this technique, and took a brief outlook of its application in water purification.
