【摘要】 以甘蔗育种中的11个常用组合其中包括3×3不完全双列杂交组合的实生苗为材料,分析了甘蔗剥叶性能与其它性状间的相关和配合力,结果表明甘蔗剥叶性能与甘蔗产量、糖分等性状间不存在显著相关,有利于育种家对甘蔗剥叶性能选择。而配合力分析表明甘蔗剥叶能性能因基因加性效应和非加性效应几乎同等重要,优良的亲本因组合不同其后代的剥叶性能可能相差甚远,这为通过选择亲本来改良甘蔗剥叶性能增加了难度。更多还原

【Abstract】 With seedling of 11 commercial crosses included a 3 X 3 incomplete diallel cross design, we studied the correlation between the defoliation of sugarcane and other characters and combing ability. The correlation between the defoliation and other characters showed that there were no significantly correlation between defoliation and yield or brix. And that is very helpful for breeder to select excellent progenies of defoliation within a definite cross. The analysis of combining ability indicated that there is a significant difference in sugarcane defoliation among the crosses in same excellent parents in sugarcane defoliation for additive genetic variance and nonaddtive genetic variance of the sugarcane defoliation was almost important equal. And that is difficult for breeder to improve the defoliation by selection parents.更多还原
