【摘要】 本文通过近年甘蔗育种实践,探讨了广西甘蔗高糖育种研究的有关问题.1、提出了甘蔗高糖育种的技术指标及技术路线。2、高糖育种取得了一定的进展.筛选了CP72/1210、CP80/1018、Guitang73/167、Guiang92/66、ROC20等23个高糖亲本,及ROC20×CP72/1210、ROC1×Yachen71/374、CP1018×CP88/2032、CP82/1592×CP89/2143等60多个高糖杂交组合;选育了Guitang00/245、Guitang00/172等6个高糖品系。3、高糖育种中尚存在一些有待克服的问题,如高糖性状和不良产量性状连锁,亲本血缘狭窄,缺乏选择的分子标记等。本研究对今后开展高糖育种及提高糖厂竞争力具有重要的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the recent years’ practice of sugarcane breeding, the text inquires into the investigative relevant problems of sugarcane high sugar content breeding in Guangxi. 1. Putting forward the technique index and routes of the high sugar content breeding. 2. Some certain progresses have been obtained in the high sugar content breeding in Guangxi, CP72/1210, CP80/1018, Guitang73/167, Guiang92/66, ROC20 and some other 23 high sugar content parents were selected, and more than 60 high sugar content cross combinations suchas ROC20×CP72/1210, ROC20×CP72/1210 , ROC1×Yachen71/374, CP1018×CP88/2032, CP82/1592×CP89/2143 were made and used in the breeding; 6 promising high sugar content clones including Guitang00/245 , Guitang00/172, Guitang00/173 , Guitang00/257, Guitang00/122, Guitang94/11 were bred in recent years. 3.Some problems, such as the linkage between high sugar and low output characters, narrow parent consanguinity, lacking gene molecule marks for selection, should be solved in the high sugar content breeding.更多还原
