高硼水平处理增强巨尾桉苗木对零上低温的适应
The High Boron Level Treament Enhace Acclimation of Eucalyptus grandis x E.urophylla Seedlings to above Zero Low Temperatures

【摘要】 以木本植物巨尾桉为材料,研究在0℃以上低温,高硼水平处理对巨尾桉苗木生长以及苗木叶切片漫出液的相对电导事;超氧阴离子(O2)产生速率;丙二醛(MDA)含量;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氧酶(CAT)活性;苗木茎尖、根尖和叶片IAA含量的影响。结果表明:在0~8℃,高硼水平处理(8.00mg/L)的苗木地下部干重是对照处理(2.86mg/L)的2.81-7.14倍,地上部干重是对照处理的2.14-4.80倍,总生物量是对照处理的2.26-5.21倍;对照处理的相对电导率是商硼水平处理的1.80-2.68倍,O2产生速率是高硼水平处理的2.01-2.84倍,MDA含量是高硼水平处理的1.64-1.95倍;高硼水平处理的SOD活性是对照处理的2.21-2.30倍,POD活性是对照处理的1.47-1.58倍,CAT活性是对照处理的2.04-2.08倍;对照处理茎尖的IAA含量是高硼水平处理的1.63-1.67倍,根尖IAA含量是高硼水平处理的1.42-1.46倍,商硼水平处理叶片的IAA含量是对照处理的2.00-2.25倍。
【Abstract】 Eucalyptus grandis × E.urophylla seedlings were used as materials,and its grow in above zero low temperatures were used to study effects with high boron level treament on their growth ,and the relative conductance ratio , O2 production rate, malondialdehyde(MDA) contents,activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) in leaves, and IAA contents of stems point, roots point and leaves . The results showed that, in 0~8℃, roots dry weight of seedlings with high boron level treament were 2.81-7.14 times that of control treament, stemss dry weight of seedlings with high boron level treament were 2.14-4.80 times that of control treament , total biomass of seedlings with high boron level treament were 2.26-5.21 times that of control treament; relative conductance ratio of leaves with control treament were 1.80-2.68 times that of high boron level treament , 02 production rate of leaves with control treament were 2.01-2.84 times that of high boron level treament, MDA contents of leaves with control treament were 1.64-1.95 times that of high boron level treament; SOD acyivities of leaves with high boron level treament were 2.21-2.30 times that of control treament , POD acyivities of leaves with high boron level treament were 1.47-1.58 times that of control treament, CAT acyivities of leaves with high boron level treament were 2.04-2.08 times that of control treament ;IAA contents of roots point with control treament were 1.63-1.67 times that of high boron level treament, IAA contents of stems point with control treament were 1.42-1.46 times that of high boron level treament, IAA contents of leaves with high boron level treament were 2.00-2.25 times that of control treament.
