重金属铬对水稻幼苗的毒害效应

【摘要】 以不同浓度的铬处理水稻幼苗,研究铬对杂交水稻幼苗的毒害效应。结果表明,50umolL-1后,随着铬浓度的增加,植株的生长明显受到抑制,株高、根长、鲜重和干重均下降;植株叶片叶绿索含量和SOD活性下降,POD活性先上升后下降,细胞膜透性大幅度增大。表明铬的毒害,导致体内保护酶活性受到抑制,膜系统受到伤害,从而影响水稻幼苗的生长。

【Abstract】 The toxic effect of different concentration Cr on the hybrid rice seedling was studied.. The results showed that the seedling height , root length, fresh weight and dry weight decreased, rice growth distinct was inhibited , and content of chlorophyll, activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) decreased, peroxidase (POD) had a resistant peak and decreased afterward , and cell membrane permeability increased , which indicated that activity of protective enzyme such as SOD, POD decreased, and the membrane system had been damaged by toxic of Cr, so rice growth was inhibited.
