木豆凝集素的提取及凝血性研究初报(摘要)

【摘要】 从木豆籽粒提取凝集素,硫酸铵沉淀到50%饱和即可完全析出。供试的10个木豆品种的凝集素都能凝集兔红血球,都不能凝集大鼠、小鼠和豚鼠红血球。有的品种还能凝集鸡、鸭和(或)人红血球。
【Abstract】 Up to 50% saturation of ammonium sulfate enable to separate out lectin from pigeonpea seeds completely. Each of the lectin from all the 10 pigeonpea varieties is agglutination for rabbit erythrocytes, but not for rat, mouse, or cavy erythrocytes. Some of the lectin is also agglutination for choock, duck, or human erythrocytes, respectively.
