【Abstract】 Polyamine contents in acrogenic bud of Longan during January to April were mensurated, that of sperime, spermidine, putrescine and cadaverine arranges from 1 to 6 μ mol·(g FW)-1, contents of putrescine increased in the period. The flowering of tested Longan trees were observed and it is not quite sure about the relationship between polyamine contents and flowering.更多还原
