【摘要】 目的研究海尔福口服液对氟中毒动物骨骼中胶原蛋白的保护作用。方法用小白鼠30只作实验对象,给予氟化钠溶液饮用使小白鼠染毒,建立氟中毒模型。分成三组:(1)组是中毒未治疗组,(2)组是中毒治疗组,(3)组是正常对照组。实验连续三个月。实验结束,从眼球取血测定血氟等生化指标,处死动物,取肝肾送病理检查(另行报告)。取四肢,剥干净肌肉和软组织,把骨骼干燥,称重定量,盐酸水解蛋白质,测定每个动物的骨羟脯氨酸。结果中毒未治疗组(1)骨羟脯氨酸(x)为20.05±3.47,海尔福治疗组(2)骨羟脯氨酸((x)为25.54±2.56,正常组(3)骨羟脯氨酸(x)为23.97±2.66mg/g骨。(1)组明显低于其它二组,P<0.01.氟测定结果,未治疗组明显高于其余二组,P<0.01.(另文)结论正常组与治疗组接近,未治疗组骨羟脯氨酸明显下降,说明海尔福口服液对氟中毒动物骨胶原蛋白有保护功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective research the protective effects of Haierful Oral Loquid on bone-collagen of the fluorine poisoned animals .Methods 30 Healthy mice were divided into 3 groups, namely the poisoned group(Group 1).Haierful-treated group(Group 2)and normal control group(Group 3);Compound fluorine was applied to cause fluorine poisoning, animals were sactificed, Then dry and weight the long bone of the legs, hydrolyzd by hydrochloric acid and measure the content of Hyproline.Results the content of Hyproline in the poisoned group is 20.05 ± 3.47 the content of Hyproline in the Haierfu-treated group is 25. 54?. 56the content of Hyproline in the nolmal contral group is 23.97 ± 2.66mg/g.
