大口径非球面镜的环形子孔径检测技术研究

【摘要】 环形子孔径技术是一种无需辅助元件就能检测旋转对称的大口径非球面镜的有效手段。简要介绍了该技术的检测原理及其相关研究情况,对两种有代表性的基于Zemike多项式和基于离散相位值的数据处理方法进行了分析比较。在此基础上提出了应用该技术检测大口径非球面镜的工程化构想,提出了一种新的用于提取子孔径数据时进行定位的投影标记方法,对该方案中的理论和技术问题进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 Annular subaperture test method was proved feasibility for testing rotationally symmetric aspherical surfaces without additional elements. The measurement principle and related research were simply introduced, and the two representative algorithm based on Zemike polynomials and discrete phase values were reviewed and compared. The engineering assumption for testing large aspherical mirror with this method was provided. A novel projection mark method was provided for fiducial orientation in extraction of annular subaperture data. The existed theory,technique problem of that was discussed.
