总变分最小化算法在气动光学效应退化图像复原中的应用

【摘要】 将总变分最小化算法应用到了气动光学效应退化图像的复原。该算法在大气湍流流场点扩散函数未知的情况下,将图像和点扩散函数的总变分作为规整化项融入到目标函数表达式中。有效地解决了反卷积的病态和非单一性问题。针对图像复原的快速需求,引入了一种新的图像复原方程的离散化方法,简化了计算复杂度,提高了计算效率,仿真结果表明,该算法在噪声水平很高的情况下仍能对图像进行稳健地恢复,并且在噪声抑制和图像细节信息保存方面都取得了明显的效果。
【Abstract】 An effective algorithm of blind deconvolution based on total variation minimization was presented to restore the turbulence-degraded image. The total variation of the point spread function (PSF) and the image was added to the cost function as regularization terms, which effectively eliminated the ill conditioning of the blur operation and resolved the problem of the possible infinite solutions in blind image restoration. In additional, a discretization method for image restoration equation was extended to this algorithm for the requirement of fast restoration. The experiments results show that the proposed algorithm is robust with high ability of resisting noise, and the edges of the image are protected well.
