利用光学方法测量阴极表面曲率半径的研究

【摘要】 分析了阴极曲率半径的测试方法和曲率半径误差的产生原因。利用Nikon MM-40型测量显微镜测试了阴极的弧度,并分析了显微镜的测量误差。给出了精确测量阴极弧度的方法。
【Abstract】 An optical methode for measuring the curvature radius of the cathode surface was presented. The optial principle of the methode was analysed, and many measuring factors which affect the absolute error were analysed. Then the curvature radius of cathode were measured by using Nikon MM-40 microscope. A simple methode is given which is of high measuring auuracy.
