SLD与锥形单模光纤的耦合研究

【摘要】 针对光源与光纤的耦合损耗问题,用BPM方法对超辐射发光二极管(SLD)与锥形单模光纤的耦合进行了分析。用数值方法模拟了耦合距离、偏移、光纤锥角对光耦合效率的影响。验证了耦合理论的正确性,获得了较高的耦合效率。
【Abstract】 The coupling of super luminescent diode (SLD) and taperd fiber was analyzed, as well as how the parameters such as coupling distance, offset and the angle of the taperd fiber affected the coupling efficiency was simulated with beam propagation method (BPM). It can be showed from the results of simulations and experiments that the coupling theory is applicable in the coupling of SLD and taperd fiber. The coupling efficiency can be improved by selecting appropriate parameters. The effectiveness of the mothed presented is verified by the result of simulations and experiments.
