叠栅条纹信息处理的新方法研究
New methods of moire fringe information processing

【摘要】 与叠栅条纹在传统测量领域中的处理方法不同,提出了求叠栅条纹宽度的两种方法:拟合斜率法和距离平均法。拟合斜率法首先是根据最小二乘法原理将条纹“骨架”拟合成直线,将各直线规一化为一组平行直线,最后再求条纹的宽度;距离平均法是先求条纹“骨架”在水平和垂直方向的间距,然后再求条纹的宽度。采集粗、中、细三种叠栅条纹,用两种方法分别进行处理。结果表明:两种方法所得到的误差变化规律相同,条纹越粗,精度越高,条纹越细,精度越低,但拟合斜率法的处理结果误差较大,距离平均法的处理结果误差较小,可达到1.7″。
【Abstract】 Different from moire fringe’s processing methods in traditional measurement fields, two new methods were advanced to get moire fringe’s width, fit-slope method and distance-mean method. Fit-slope method was that first all fringe skeletons were fitted to lines according to the least square principle, then lines were normalized to parallel lines and so fringe’s width could be gotten; distance-mean method was first to get fringe skeletons’ spacing along horizontal and vertical direction, then to obtain moire fringe’s width. Thick, middle and thin moire fringe were collected and processed by the two methods. The change rules of torsion error gotten by two methods are identical, the thicker fringe is, the higher precision is, the thinner fringe is, the lower precision is; and the error by fit-slope method is greater; the error by distance-mean method is less, it’s 1.7".
