温通针法对大鼠实验性脑出血急性期Ca2+、Na+、K+的影响
The Effects of Warming-promotion Method of Acupuncture on Rats with Experimental Intracerebral Hemorrhage During Acute Period to the Ca2+、Na+、K+ of Brain Tissue

【摘要】 目的:观察温通针法对大鼠实验性脑出血急性期脑组织 Ca2+、Na+、K+含量的影响,并探讨温通针法治疗脑出血急性期的作用机理.方法:将40只 Wistar 大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、捻转针刺组和温通针法组四组,以 Nath 法造成大鼠实验性脑出血急性期模型。用原子吸收法观测不同手法对脑出血急性期脑组织 Ca2+、Na+、K+含量的影响。结果:温通针法较捻转针法更能显著地降低 Ca2+、Na+含量(P<0.05),显著升高 K+含量(P<0.05)。结论:温通针法能显著减轻脑出血急性期脑组织的水肿及其损害,减低脑组织细胞的死亡。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of the warming-promotion method on various extent to the Ca2+、Na+、K+ of brain tissue to the rats of experimental intracerebral hemorrhage during acute period.Methods Dividing 40 Wistar’s rats into four groups by randomly:contrast、model、the acupuncture method of twirling and the warming-promotion method of acupuncture.The experimental intracerebral hemorrhage during acute period model of Wistar rats were made with Nath’s method.It was used for observation of effect of two methods of acupuncture to various extent to the Ca2+、Na+、K+ of brain tissue.Results In contrast to the acupuncture method of twirling,the warming-promotion method of acupuncture can decrease the Ca2+ and Na+ of brain tissue obviously(P<0.05),it can increase the content of K+ of brain tissue markedly (P<0.05). Conclusion The warming-promotion method of acupuncture can alleviate the edema of brain tissue remark- ablely,decrease the death of brain cells sharply.
