【摘要】 目的:观察针刺结合药物治疗面瘫的疗效。方法:将面瘫患者320例随机分为三组,观察组采用针刺结合药物治疗,针刺组采用常规针刺穴位治疗,药物组采用单纯药物治疗。结果:针刺结合药物治疗组和针灸组的痊愈率和总有效率均高于药物组(P<0.01);观察组和针灸组相比,总有效率虽然没有差异,但痊愈率远高于针灸组。结论:针刺疗法治疗面瘫疗效较好,针刺结合药物治疗面瘫疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with medicine therapy on peripheral facial paralysis.Methods 320 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into three group,objective group adopted acupuncture combined with medicine therapy,acupuncture group adopted acupuncture merely and medicine group adopted medicine merely,and their therapeutic effects were compared.Results The total effective rate and the cured rate in the objective group there was signifi- cantly higher than that in the medicine group (P<0.01);The total effective rate and the cured rate in the acupuncture group there was significantly higher than that in the medicine group(P<0.01);there was no sig- nificant difference in the total effective rate(P>0.05),but the cured rate in the acupuncture was significantly higher than that in the medicine group(P<0.01) Conclusion Acupuncture therapy is better therapy for pe- ripheral facial paralysis,Acupuncture combined with medicine therapy is the best.更多还原
