PA6-g-(E/AK)增容HDPE/PA6共混体系的形态及性能研究
STUDY ON MORPHOLOGY AND PROPERTIES OF HDPE/PA6 BLENDS WITH PA6-g-(E/AK) AS A COMPATIBIZING AGENT

【摘要】 采用反应挤出技术制备接枝有(乙烯/丙烯酸酯)共聚物(E/AK)的改性尼龙6[PA6-g-(E/AK)],以这种接枝共聚物作为高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和PA6的相容剂。通过扫描电子显微镜观察共混物试样冲击断面形貌,结果显示,共混物加入相容剂后稳定了相态,显著减小了分散相畴尺寸,从未增容的HDPE/PA6(80/20)平均粒径8μm减少到1μm左右;缺口冲击强度由纯PA6的3.75kJ/m~2提高到28.125kJ/m~2,增大7.5倍。说明PA6-g-(E/AK)有效增大了HDPE/PA6共混物两相界面的相互作用,改善了HDPE与PA6的相容性,是效果良好的相容剂。
【Abstract】 The graft copolymer of PA6 and ethylene acrylic acid copolymer (E/AK) was prepared by reactive blending technology. This graft copolymer was added as compatibilizer of high-density polyethylene ( HDPE) and PA6. Morphology of the fractured surface on the impact specimens were examined by a scanning electron microscope. As a result, Addition of compatibilizer to the HDPE/PA6 blends stabilized the morphology and significantly reduced the size of the dispersed phase domains, from an average diameter of 8 m in the unmodified HDPE/PA6 blends to approximately 1 m in the compatibilized blends. Izod impact strength increased 7. 5 times from 3. 75 kJ/m2 of pure PA6 to 28. 125 kJ/m2 of HDPE/PA6 blend. Results show that being a good compatibilizer, the graft copolymer of PA6 modified by E/AK can effectively reinforce the interfacial action and miscibility of the two phases of HDPE and PA6.
