聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯抗冲改性研究

【摘要】 采用共聚方法改善PMMA的冲击性能,选择丙烯腈(AN)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)作为第二、三共聚单体,共聚方法为悬浮聚合,经测试,不同投料比的三元共聚物较纯PMMA的冲击强度提高17%~278%,维卡软化点降低8~38℃。投料比相同条件下三元共聚物较二元共聚物冲击强度下降不多,维卡软化点可提高6~7℃。同时共聚物透光率较纯PMMA有所提高。
【Abstract】 On the basis of ensuring the transmittance of PMMA, this experiment carried out some jobs in the toughness and improved the impact content of PMMA by copolymerizing. Butyl acrylate(BA) and acrylonitrile (AN) acted as the second and third copolyroerization monomers respectively; copolymerization method is up to suspension polymerization. By examining the ter-copolymer in the differient batching, the impact strength of purier PMMA increases 17% ~ 278% , and the vicat softening point temperature decreases 8 - 381. In the same batching, the impact strength of ter-copolymer doesn’t decrease much on the versus of binary-copolymer(MMA-BA), and the vicat softening point temperature increases 6~7C Meanwhile, the transmittance of the copolymer also increases than pury PMMA.
