聚酰胺、聚酯类工程塑料的增韧剂——官能化乙丙橡胶的研制

【摘要】 用2.5-二甲基-2.5-二特丁基过氧基己烷为引发剂,甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯(GMA)、马来酸酐(MAH)和丙烯酸(AA)为接枝单体,对二元乙丙橡胶(EPR)和三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)进行熔融接枝,接枝产物用富里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、13C核磁共振波谱(NMR)等,进行了表征并用化学滴定方法对接枝率进行了测定。实验结果表明影响接枝率和凝胶含量的主要因素为乙丙橡胶的化学结构、引发剂和单体的用量、反应时间及温度等。

【Abstract】 Functionalized EPDM and EPR were prepared by using a Brabender banbury. Here, glycidyl methacrylate (GMA), maleic anhydride (MAH) and acrylic acid (AA) were adopted as the grafting monomers and 2, 5-dimethyl-2, S-di-(t-butylperoxyhexane) as the initiator. FTIR and l?C NMR were used to charactereze the formation of grafting materials such as EPDM-g-GMA, EPR-g-MAH and EPR-g-AA. The chemical titration method was used to measure the degree of grafting. The influence of reaction time, temperature, and concentrations of the monomers and the initiator on the degree of grafting and gel content of grafting materials was studied. It was found that the degree of grafting increased with increasing the concetrations of the monomers and the initiator as well as the content of the diene in EPDM. It was also observed that with increasing concentrations of the initiator and the monomers the gel contents increased for EPR-g-MAH and EPR-g-AA and decreased for EPDM-g-GMA. The order of the reactive activity of the monoers is GMA>AA>MAH.
