【摘要】 目的:说价中药骨康防治骨质疏松症的作用。方法:60只雌性大鼠随机分正常组、模型组、骨康防治组(高、中、低三个剂量组)及尼尔雌醇防治组。除正常组其余各组幸免切除卵巢。实验前后检测血清E2、IL-6、BGP、ALP和尿HOP 含量,实验结束前检测骨密度。结果:骨康防治组骨密度和血清E2含量高于模型组,血清IL-6及尿 HOP含量明显低于模型组。结论:去卵巢:Ⅰ起骨吸收加速,这可能与E2的水平较低及IL-6水平较高有关。骨康可防止去卵巢后的骨吸收,这可能与其提高体内E2含量有关,E2含量的提高,IL-6分泌减少,从而抑制骨吸收。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: With the aim of studying thetherapeutic effect of GOL in ovariectom ized fern all rats, and tried find out the mechanism ofGOL in posl-menopausal osteoporosis.Methods: Sixty female rats were randomly allocated to six groups: normal group, model group, three GOL groups(with high, moderate iwere randomly allocated to six groups: normal group, model group, three GOL groups(with high, moderateand low dosages, respectively)and nilestriol group.All till groups were resected ovaries expect normal group.Before and after the experiment, the levels of E2, IL-6, BGP and ALP in serum were determ ined, theHOP inurinary were measuredt00.And BMD wasmeasured before experim entended.Results : Therewere no significantly difference of all markers in allgroups-bebre experiment.There was significantly difference in BMD, E2, IL - 6 and Urinary HOP be.tween GOL groups and model group.The BMD and E2of GOL groups was higher than that, f the m. delgroup, meanwhile the EL - 6, and urinaly HOP of GDL groups was lower than that of the model group. Conclusion: The results shows that the efiect Of ovari - ECTOmy cause Bone resorption accelerated.This may be the consequence of decreased expression of E2 and the increased expression of IL-6.GOL can prevent osteoporosis in overiectomized rats, this may be rela- leasdsto the expression of IL -6 and Inhibition of Bone resorption.更多还原
