管式SOFC电解质薄膜制备方法研究进展

【摘要】 综述了管式SOFC电解质薄膜的制备方法,其中包括电化学气相沉积、等离子喷涂、注浆成型法、浸渍涂布法、电泳沉积法,比较了各种成型方法制备电解质薄膜的优缺点,介绍了近年来采用上述方法制备管式SOFC电解质薄膜的性能及管式SOFC的研究现状,并对其发展进行了简要评述。
【Abstract】 Progress of preparing electrolyte methods for tubular solid oxide fuel cells was reviewed.Electrochem- ical vapor deposition,plasma spray,slip casting,dip-coating and electrophoretic deposition,which for prepar- ing tubular SOFC electrolyte were compared,and the advantage and disadvantage of the methods mentioned a- bove were pointed out.The progress of preparing electrolyte with those methods were presented,and the devel- oping trends were estimated.
