pH值对纳米NH4 AlO(OH)HCO3前驱体制备的影响

【摘要】 以硫酸铝铵(NH4Al(SO42)和碳酸氢铵(NH4HCO3)为主要原料,采用均相沉淀法制备纳米前驱体碳酸铝铵(AACH),通过X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)研究了pH值对其制备的影响。结果表明,将硫酸铝铵溶液滴入剧烈搅拌的碳酸氢铵溶液中,控制反应体系的pH值在7~8之间,可获得无定形的三水铝石(Al(OH)3);控制pH值在8~9之间,获得的产物为勃姆石(AlOOH);若控制pH值在9~10之间,可获得分散较好且无明显团聚的纳米碳酸铝铵前驱体。

【Abstract】 Adopting homogeneous precipitation method,ammonium aluminum carbonate hydroxide (AACH) precursor was prepared using ammonium aluminum sulphate (NH4Al(SO42) and ammonium hydrogen carbon- ate (NH4HCO3) as the starting materials.Effects of pH value on preparing precursors were identified by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).The results indicate that gibbsite (Al(OH)3) was prepared by adding aqueous solution of NH4Al(SO42 drop by drop to aqueous solution of NH4HCO3 when pH value of the reaction system is controlled 7-8;the precursor synthesized at pH ranging from 8 to 9,which can be identified as boehmite (AlOOH);when the pH is 9-10,pure AACH can he formed which is loosely dis- persed and slightly agglomerated.
