可吸附有机物共聚甲基丙烯酸酯纤维研究——纤维纺丝成形

【摘要】 研究了可吸附有机物共聚甲基丙烯酸酯纤维的纺丝成形,讨论了纺丝溶液的性质及纺丝工艺参数如纺丝温度、纺丝溶液浓度、凝固浴组成等对纺丝成形过程及纤维结构的影响。结果表明,当纺丝温度为50℃,纺丝溶液浓度为25%,凝固浴组成为n(H2O)/ n(DMAc)=90/10,卷绕速度为28~37m/min,空气层高度为5~10cm之间时,纺丝可顺利进行,且所得纤维结构均匀.
【Abstract】 The spinning of organic-compound absorptive copolymethacrylate fiber was studied in this paper.The properties of spinning solution and the effects of spinning parameters such as temperature,solution concentra- tion and coagulation bath composition on fiber structures were discussed.The results showed that when tem- perature was 50℃,solution concentration was 25%,coagulation bath composition was n(H2O)/n(DMAc)= 90/10,winding speed was 28-37m/min and air gap was 5-10cm,the fibers could successfully prepared and the structures of the fiber was uniform.
