醋酸-硝酸盐体系溶液燃烧合成尖晶石型LiMn2O4的研究

【摘要】 以硝酸锂和硝酸锰为原料,醋酸为燃料,研究了醋酸、焙烧温度和焙烧时间对溶液燃烧合成尖晶石型LiMn2O4粉体材料的影响。实验结果表明,当醋酸与原料中硝酸根的摩尔比≥7.4时,硝酸根中的N才能全部转化为N2,而尿素很易将硝酸根中的N转化为N2;在硝酸盐体系中加入醋酸为燃料有利于溶液燃烧合成尖晶石型LiMn2O4物质,但醋酸用量对合成LiMn2O4纯度及晶粒大小的影响不大;在550~800℃二次焙烧既可使产物的结晶性增加,也可使产物中Mn2O3相的相对含量减少,但不能消除Mn2O3相,焙烧温度最佳为600℃,焙烧温度800℃时样品会发生分解,在550℃焙烧样品最佳时间为12h左右。
【Abstract】 The effect of acetic acid,calcination temperature and time on solution synthesis of LiMn2O4 powder materials was investigated.Nitrate lithium,acetate manganese were used as raw materials,and acetic acid was used as fuel.The experimental results indicated that when acetic acid.nitrate radical≥7.4 (mole ratio),all of the nitrate radicals could be converted into N2.It is easy for urea to convert nitrate radicals into N2.The use of acetic acid as fuel in nitrate system favors the formation of LiMn2O4.However,the purity and grain size of LiMn2 O4 changed little when using different content of acetic acid.Second-calcination could enhance the crystal- line of product at 550-800℃,and decrease the relative content of the impurity Mn2O3,but could not remove all of the Mn2O3.The optimal calcination temperature is 600℃,and the product would decompose at 800℃.The opti- mal calcination time at 550℃is 12h.
