树脂吸附法对当归水煎液中溶解成分的分离研究

【摘要】 采用Friedel-Crafts交联和氧化法合成一类带有一定交换基团的大孔吸附树脂,测定其对当归水煮液中溶解成分的动态吸附能力,对吸附前后溶液中的可溶固形物以及吸附解吸物进行红外光谱分析。结果显示,含有适量甲胺基团的吸附树脂的吸附能力最强,其对水溶固形物的吸附率为15.7%,吸附量为65.4 mg/ml。该类树脂对溶液中吸收波长为270和590~1100nm的组分的吸附能力较强,吸附分离物在红外谱图上显示精细结构。

【Abstract】 A kind of macroporious adsorption resins with some anion exchange groups were synthesized by Friedel-Crafts crosslinking reaction and amination.Their dynamic adsorption abilities to soluble components in angelica decoctum were measured.The IR spectrum of the soluble substances in angelica decoctum,effluent and eluate were also measured.Results showed that the adsorption ability of the adsorption resin HR-Ⅱcontaining some methylene amino groups was the most excellent and its adsorption efficiency to soluble components in an- gelica decoctum was 15.7% and capacity was 65.4 mg/ml.The soluble elements adsorbed by resins showed more intensity absorption and fine structure at wave length 270nm and 590-1100nm in IR spectrum.
