动物股骨生物陶瓷微结构及性能研究

【摘要】 天然生物骨材料的组织结构特征及其与性能间的关系研究对于材料的仿生设计有重要意义。利用SEM和TEM技术对成年健康的中国西南型荣昌猪的新鲜股骨的微结构进行观察,结果显示猪股骨是由羟基磷灰石和胶原蛋白组成的生物层状陶瓷复合材料,其增强相羟基磷灰石作为骨纤维在骨中占较大比例,并以层状交错的形式平行于空心骨的柱形表面排列。在骨筒壁中部骨密质区域分别切取与骨轴呈0、30、60、90°的4个试样,通过建立三点弯曲模型分析得到弹性模量与片层数量n的立方成反比,而弯曲强度与片层数量n成正比;通过系列弯曲实验得到了不同夹角下层状骨纤维的抗弯模量与强度极限,实验结果表明骨纤维片的弯曲弹性模量、弯曲强度随骨纤维与骨轴夹角的增大而降低。
【Abstract】 Microstructures and behavior of natural biomaterials is significant to understand the biomimetic design of materials.The thighbone microstructure of Chinese Rongchang pig variety was observed by SEM and TEM. The results show that the thighbone is layers bioceramics consisting composite consisting of hydroxyapatite and collagen.Hydroxyapatite,as a wild phase and a main component,is parallel with periosteal surface by layered and intercrossed form arrangement.Four samples with vector angle 0°,30°,60°and 90°were cut from the dense bone region.From the analysis model it can be seen that the elastic modulus is inversely proportional to the third power of layer quantity n,and the bending strength is proportional to n.The bending elastic modulus and bending strength of bone fiber were achived by series of three points bending experiments.The results show that the bending elastic modulus and bending strength decreases as the vector angle between bone fiber and bone axis increases.
