【Abstract】 As drug carriers,chitosans has played an important role in the less administration frequency,lowtox- icity,and cure efficiency enhancement in new dosage forms.In this article,effect of chitosans in new dosage forms of drug has been reviewed,including sustained-control release function,target function,bio-adhesive function,et al.Furthermore,their advance in the future was also introduced briefly.更多还原
