介孔SiO2的质子导电功能
Mesoporous SiO2 with ionic conductive performance

【摘要】 合成了介孔孔壁掺磷和非掺磷介孔SiO2,研究了它们的质子导电功能。用N2吸附-脱附、XRD、TEM等技术对合成的样品进行了表征;用交流阻抗技术测定了所合成样品的离子导电性。小角XRD和TEM研究结果表明,所合成的掺磷和非掺磷介孔SiO2具有高度的有序介孔结构;N2吸附-脱附曲线表明所合成的材料存在介孔,BJH曲线表明材料的平均孔径为2~10nm,掺磷和非掺磷介孔SiO2的BET比表面积分别为386和485cm2/g。交流阻抗测定结果表明,掺磷和非掺磷介孔SiO2都具有较强的质子导电功能,其电导率分别为1×10-3和3×10-4S/cm,掺磷使介孔SiO2质子导电性有所提高。研究了不同酸调节溶液的pH对非掺磷介孔SiO2导电性的影响,其中用磷酸的最好,硫酸的次之,盐酸的最差。最后研究了加酸顺序对掺磷和非掺磷介孔SiO2导电率的影响。
【Abstract】 Phosphorus-doped silica and mesoporous silica materials were synthesized and the conductivity of the samples was studied.The mesostructure of the synthesized samples were characterized by means of N2-adsorp- tion,XRD and HRTEM.Ionic conductivity measurements of the samples were carried out by AC impedance technique.The results from SXRD and HRTEM indicated that the materials synthesized have an ordered struc- ture.N2-adsorption isotherm test showed that the samples are mesoporous,the pore-size of them was in a range from 2nm to 10 nm.The samples had relatively narrow pore-size distributions in the BJH curve and the BET surface areas of the samples were 386 and 485cm2/g.The results of the AC impedance measurements indicated that both phosphorus-doped silica and silica mesoporous performed ion conductivity,the conductance of phos- phorus-doped silica and silica were 1×10-3 and 3×10-4 S/cm,the latter performed much well conductibility. Effect of different acids and the ordered of doping acid osn proton conductivity of mesoporous silica were also studied,the best effect is phosphoric acid,sulfuric acid followed and the worst effect is hydrochloride.
