【摘要】 综述了介孔分子筛薄膜的各种制备方法,如水热沉淀法、旋涂法、浸渍法等,以及几种常见介孔分子筛膜的制备方法。介绍了介孔分子筛膜在物质分离、膜催化反应、膜吸附、微电子领域、光电和传感器领城等方面的应用,最后提出了介孔分子筛膜的研究存在的问题和展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 All kinds of mesoporous molecular sieve membrane preparation methods such as hydrothermal deposi- tion,spin-coating,dipping method etc.were summarized.Application of mesoporous molecular sieve mem- brane in substance separation,membrane catalysis reaction,membrane absorption,micro-electronics,photoe- lectricity,and sensor etc.were introduced.Finally,the current issue and expectation were presented.更多还原
