不同中心金属DMC催化环氧丙烷与CO2反应性能研究

【摘要】 分别制备了以Co(Ⅲ)、Fe(Ⅲ)、Fe(Ⅱ)、Cr (Ⅲ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅲ)、Mo(Ⅳ)、Cd(Ⅱ)为中心金属的双金属络合物催化剂,并用于催化环氧丙烷与CO2的反应。结果表明,以ⅧB族的Fe(Ⅲ),Co(Ⅲ),Ni(Ⅱ)作为DMC的中心金属时,催化剂有较好的催化效率,共聚物中CO2分数达到0.3以上,碳酸亚丙酯含量低于30%,而含其它过渡金属催化剂的效率和共聚物CO2分数都相对较低,且碳酸亚丙酯含量高,结合其它实验事实,提出DMC的催化活性结构是有CN-参与配位的ZnCl2,并解释了中心金属影响DMC催化活性的方式。

【Abstract】 Double metal cyanide (DMC) complexes with various central metal,which was Co(Ⅲ),Fe(Ⅲ),Fe(Ⅱ), Cr(Ⅲ),Ni(Ⅱ),Mn(Ⅲ),Mo(Ⅳ),Cd(Ⅱ) were prepared and employed as catalysts for reaction of propylene ox- ide and carbon dioxide.The results revealed that DMC catalysts exhibited better efficiency,and molar fraction of CO2 in copolymers reached up to 0.3,contents of propylene carbonate were below 30% when Fe(Ⅲ),Co(Ⅲ) and Ni(Ⅱ) were used as central metal.Other DMC catalysts demonstrated inferior performance in efficiency and molar fraction of CO2 in copolymers,and the content of propylene carbonate was higher than the formers. Combining with other experimental results,the chemical structure of active site for DMC was proposed as zinc chloride coordinated by cyanide ion.The manner which central metal impacts on efficiency was discussed.
