调制周期对ZrB2/AlN纳米多层膜结构和机械性能的影响

【摘要】 利用高真空离子束辅助沉积系统(IBAD)在室温下制备了ZrB2、AlN和一系列ZrB2/AlN纳米多层膜,利用XRD、XP-2台阶仪、纳米力学测试系统表征了薄膜的微结构和机械性能,分析了调制周期对薄膜结构与机械性能的影响。结果表明,一些多层膜的纳米硬度与弹性模量值都高于两种个体单层膜材料硬度的平均值,当调制周期为14.1nm时,多层膜硬度达到最高(22.9GPa),弹性模量、内应力、以及划痕测试均达到最佳效果。
【Abstract】 ZrB2,AlN coatings and ZrB2/AlN multilayered coatings have been synthesized by ultra-high vacuum IBAD at room temperature.XRD,XP-2 profiler and nano indenter were employed to investigate the influences of modulation periods on microstructure,mechanical properties of the coatings.The results showed that some multilayered coatings possessed higher nano hardness and elastic modulus than the rule-of-mixtures value of monolithic ZrB2 and AlN coatings.At A=14.1nm,ZrB2/AlN multilayered coatings possessed the highest hardness (22.9 GPa),elastic modulus,internal stress and scratch tests also obtained the best result.
