纳米锰锌铁氧体的制备及磁性能
Preparation and magnetic properties of MnZn ferrite nanoparticles

【摘要】 采用硝酸盐-柠檬酸自蔓延燃烧法制备了软磁纳米Mn0.9Zn0.1Fe2O4铁氧体磁粉。用热分析(TG—DTA)对前驱干凝胶的燃烧过程进行了研究,X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)分析表明,粉体为纳米级单相MnZn铁氧体,其晶粒大小约为25nm。振动样品磁强计(VSM)测得此Mn0.9Zn0.1Fe2O4铁氧体纳米粉体的饱和磁化强度M s为66.07A·m2/kg,矫顽力Hc为6.68kA/m。由于纳米MnZn铁氧体磁粉具有很好的活性,可以用来制备高性能的软磁MnZn铁氧体材料。
【Abstract】 Soft magnetic Mn0.9Zn0.1Fe2O4 ferrite nanoparticles were prepared by the nitrate-citrate auto-combus- tion methods.Combustion behavior of precursor dried gel was investigated by the thermal analysis(TG-DTA), X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis and transmission electronic microscopy(TEM).The results show that the nano- size powders are single phase and the corresponding grain size is about 25 nm.The saturation magnetization Ms and coercivity Hc of the Mn0.9Zn0.1Fe2O4 ferrites are 66.07 A·m2/kg and 6.68 kA/m.Moreover,the MnZn ferrite nanoparticles are highly active and can be used for fabricating high performance soft magnetic MnZn fer-rite material.
