磁流变液压伺服阀的特性分析
Characteristic analysis of MR hydraulic servo-valve

【摘要】 设计了一种新型的磁流变液压伺服阀,该伺服阀由4个磁流变可控单元组成。融合了磁流变技术和液压技术。介绍了磁流变液压伺服阀工作原理,建立了该伺服阀的数学模型。然后,采用MATLAB仿真获得磁流变液压伺服阀的特性曲线,并与传统的液压伺服阀进行性能比较和分析。分析表明该伺服阀是理想的线性元件,具有较高的静、动态特性及可控性,可以克服传统液压伺服阀存在的一系列弊端。
【Abstract】 A new magnetorheological (MR) hydraulic servo valve was proposed.This valve consist of four MR control-unit,that combined hydraulic technology and MR technology.In this paper,work principle of the valve were introduced.After mathematic models of the valve were deduced,simulation was carried on by MATLAB to get characteristic curves of MR servo-valve.Then,static and dynamic performances were analyzed,combined with conventional hydraulic servo valve.It is proved that the new servo-valve is ideal linear component,It had better static and dynamic performances and controllability.So,it can overcome many defects in conventional servo-valve.
