Y2Fe17化合物的差热-热重分析

【摘要】 通过差热-热重(DTA—TG)联用仪、X射线衍射以及磁测量等手段,研究了R2Fe17化合物的结构和磁性。通过对R2Fe17化合物的DTA—TG分析可以得到:当温度从室温(约300K)升至1473K的过程中,在N2保护的条件下,间隙原子N原子扩散进入R2Fe17化合物中,导致R2Fe17Nx化合物的居里温度显著提高。当温度为640K左右时吸氮反应最剧烈,在吸氮反应的同时,温度继续升高R2Fe17Nx化合物不稳定,将会部分分解,析出α-Fe。在1473K以下,R2Fe17 Nx化合物以Th2Ni17型结构存在。
【Abstract】 The structure and magnetic properties of Y2Fe17compound have been investigated by means of differ- ential thermal/thermogravimetric analyzer,X-ray diffraction,and magnetization measurements.The result shows that the Curie temperature of Y2Fe17Nx nitrides was improved obviously.The analysis shows that the reason for the increase of the Curie temperature is interstitial N-atoms be introduced into 3d-sublattice.At high- er temperature than 640K,the nitrogenized reaction of Y2Fe17 is sufficient,in the meantime,the decomposed reaction of Y2Fe17Nx whose by-products(Fe) take place.The Y2Fe17Nx exhibit only single-phases of Th2Ni17 be- low 1473K.
