蓝色长余辉材料Ca1-x-yAl2-zSizO4:Eu2+,Nd3+及基质VUV-vis发光特性
VUV-vis luminous properties of blue long afterglow phosphor Ca1-x-yAl2-zSizO4:Eu2+,Nd3+and its host

【摘要】 研究了蓝色长余辉材料Ca1-x-yAl2-zSizO4:Eu2+,Nd3+的晶体结构、PL光谱、热释光谱(TL)及真空紫外光谱(VUV)等。结果表明,随着掺Si含量的增加,CaAl2O4体系的能级陷阱E从0.753降低到0.694eV,这有利于提高荧光粉的初始发光亮度。其次,通过VUV激发光谱研究,发现Eu2+,Nd3+之间不存在能量传递现象,Nd3+主要起到生成能级缺陷作用。
【Abstract】 The crystallography structure,Photoluminescence (PL),thermo luminescent (TL) and vacuum ultra- violet(VUV) spectrum of blue long afterglow phosphor Ca1-x-yAl2-xSizO4:Eu2+,Nd3+ were studied,result show that the energy trap (E) of host CaAl2O4 decrease from 0.753eV to 0.694eV with increasing Si concentra- tion,which will enlightened initial intensity of phosphor.Secondly,the energy transfer between divalent euro- pium with trivalent neodymium had not been found under VUV excitation,the effect of trivalent neodymium addition is only to create trap.
